Returns & Refund Policy

Free 30-Day Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are:

Unused
In their original packaging
With all original tags and labels attached

To initiate a return, please email support@rootandvessel.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for return

If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Please ship the return within 7 days of receiving the label.

Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

Upon a valid withdrawal, we will refund:
a) the purchase price, and
b) the original standard shipping costs (premium or express shipping upgrades are non-refundable).

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment — whichever occurs first.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns within the EU: free of charge when using our prepaid return label
If you choose an alternative shipping method, return costs are your responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Condition Check

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Items that do not meet the return conditions may be:

Rejected, or
Partially refunded, depending on their condition

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or valid proof of shipment (in the case of withdrawal).

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refunded amount may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.
